Cyber Coach - Online Programming and Monitoring
Step 1 - Complete a comprehensive health, fitness and activity questionnaire which tells me all about you, your lifestyle, your training history, your goals and everything else that will help me understand you better.
Step 2 - Complete a couple of simple running and fitness tests that give me a good indication of your current fitness and condition.
Step 3 - I will give you a call to give you a good overview of what we do, what to expect and to get a good feel for your training and/or race goals.
Step 4 - I will personally build and email you your comprehensive periodised 12 week training program outlining every session on every day down to the distance, speed, level and exertion rate. Every aspect of your training from nutrition, foot wear, injury prevention, psychological preparation, strength training, running and cross training is individually tailored to match your lifestyle, ability and goals.
You will also be provided with a comprehensive resource of marathon running basics and tips so that you fully understand what is required to train for and complete a marathon.
Step 5 - The most crucial part is consistent reporting of your progress. I will supply you with a weekly reporting sheet that I need you to complete and send back to me every week. This allows me to keep a good account of your progress, offer advice and support on a regular basis and also make changes to your program should the need arise.

Fees for Cyber Coaching are $25 per week ($300 for 12 week program)
Group Training - Personally Coached Group Sessions
For clients living in Sydney with access to the CBD during the week and Northern Beaches during the weekend we conduct hands on group training clinics. These are held at 7am Monday and 7am Wednesday in Sydney CBD and 7am Saturday at Narrabeen Lagoon for our long run sessions.
You will receive all the same material and programming as the online group but will obviously have the benefit of training with a group of people of similar ability 3 times per week.
I personally run and conduct every session.
The group is coordinated so that we cater for runners of varying ability but still maintain a group atmosphere. Long runs are organized in groups depending on ability. I spread my time evenly between all groups so that everyone feels they are amply supported in every session.
Fees for Group Training are: $50 per week ($600 for 12 week program)
